  • LinkedIn API: We integrate with LinkedIn’s API to publish posts and media updates on authorized profiles or company pages, accessing basic identity data and API authorization tokens.

We treat all access tokens and profile identifiers fetched from third-party social media integrations with the highest level of security.

    • TikTok: You can revoke our application’s access to your TikTok account at any time by going to your TikTok profile settings -> Settings and Privacy -> Security -> Manage App Permissions, selecting our app, and clicking “Remove Access” or “Cancel Authorization”.
    • Facebook/Instagram: You can revoke access via your Facebook account -> Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
    • LinkedIn: You can manage and revoke app permissions under your LinkedIn settings -> Data Privacy -> Other Applications -> Permitted Services.
  • Requesting Data Deletion:
    • If you want to delete any personal data, profile data, or access tokens stored by our publishing integrations, you may submit a request by emailing us at contact@xtendbrand.com.
    • Upon receiving your request, we will remove all associated tokens, profile metadata, and identifiers from our systems within forty-eight (48) hours and confirm the deletion back to you via email.
